- What is frozen credit?

According to Viber\\\'s Terms of Service, if you don\\\'t use your Viber Out credit for 6 months, your credit will become frozen, and you won’t be able to immediately use it. To prevent this from happening, make a short Viber Out call at least once every 6 months.

If your credit is frozen, you can unfreeze it at any time by following these steps:

Scroll down and tap on My Account
Tap on Unfreeze credit

In either the Overview or the Credit section, find No Credit
Select Unfreeze

Go to the Viber redemption page
Select the denomination from the list
Enter your email address and your Viber number to validate your account
Enter the code which you have received and confirm by selecting \\\'Top up your account\\\'
