Non-Refundable Policy

All products are considered final and non-refundable. To avoid ordering the wrong product, read the product description carefully before purchasing the product.

Use of the Codes

Once you purchase a digital voucher game code, it is your responsibility to ensure its proper use. We are not responsible for issues related to technical difficulties, platform restrictions, or any in-game issues, except that the code does not work as expected, and you should contact customer service to help you solve the problem.

If the buyer finds that any product he purchased is damaged or does not work as required, he must contact us in writing within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the buyer’s right to make any request for refund or exchange.

Price Changes

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing, we reserve the right to make price adjustments without notice. Such changes will not affect completed transactions.

Product Delivery

Products are sent via email and kept securely in the customer’s account. Usually a product is sent immediately after payment is accepted, but sometimes there may be a delay of a few minutes.
