Your Viber Out plan will automatically be renewed every month until you cancel the plan.

- How will my payments be processed if I buy a plan?
When you buy a Viber Out plan, you agree to be automatically charged each month for the service. The payments will be made using the payment method you initially used (either through the Google/Apple App stores, or your credit card).

- What is frozen credit?

According to Viber\\\'s Terms of Service, if you don\\\'t use your Viber Out credit for 6 months, your credit will become frozen, and you won’t be able to immediately use it. To prevent this from happening, make a short Viber Out call at least once every 6 months.
 
If your credit is frozen, you can unfreeze it at any time by following these steps:

  2. Tap on More  (Android)  (iOS)
  3. Tap on Viber Out
  4. Scroll down and tap on My Account
  5. Tap on Unfreeze credit

  1. Log into your account on the Viber Out website
  2. In either the Overview or the Credit section, find No Credit
  3. Select Unfreeze
  1.  Go to the Viber redemption page
  2.  Select the denomination from the list 
  3.  Enter your email address and your Viber number to validate your account 
  4.  Enter the code which you have received and confirm by selecting \\\'Top up your account\\\'
